Jake Babineau is a Chicago-based photographer, videographer, sound engineer, and multi-instrumentalist whose passion for storytelling spans both the visual and musical worlds. With years of experience documenting live entertainment, nightlife, corporate events, and concerts, Jake has worked alongside nationally recognized artists and DJs including Party Pupils, Terry Hunter, Emmaculate, Bad Boy Bill, DJ Flipside, DJ LG, and DJ Reign, creating dynamic photo and video content that captures the energy of every performance. In the hospitality industry Jake has become a go-to photographer and videographer for the “Casamigos” Tequila brand.

As the guitarist, bassist, and vocalist for the band Of Your Own Making, Jake combines an artist's perspective with technical precision, allowing him to perform with authenticity and emotion. Jake's past work includes being the front man, guitarist, and recording/mix engineer for “7 Birches,” which garnered millions of streams across streaming platforms.

Jake's portfolio includes work at many of Chicago's premier entertainment venues, including Joe's Live Rosemont, Joe's on Weed, The Loft, Drink Nightclub, Prysm, Sound-Bar, HVAC Pub, Anita Dee Yacht Charters, Fame Nightclub, and Celeste, among others. His work has taken him across the country, covering events in Chicago, Las Vegas, New York, Austin, Boston, and Miami.
